The sales fees are subject to Law n ° 70-9 of January 2, 1970, Articles 6 of Law L. 1970 and 73 D. 1972.

Winsome Immobilier's fees for sale, for this service provision, will be set in the final deed of sale, payable by the purchaser. They include the services of visit, negotiation, constitution and follow-up of the administrative sales file. The payment of the fees, the amount of which has just been fixed, will be payable on the day when the sale of the property is concluded and recorded in a single written act containing the commitment of the parties, subject, possibly, to the application of article 74 of decree n ° 72-678 of July 20, 1972.
